Hi there! Last Monday I went to Germany for a little over a week, met up with the lovely Natasha, and visited with our dear friends Elaine, George, and the ever-growing Ben. It was a great trip - lots of catching up, lots of wurst, sight-seeing, etc. These four people are some of my favorites on this earth, and I love seeing them, regardless of the hows, whys, and wheres. I am at home with them, wherever we may be. I need to go through photos, get some developed, and tell some stories, but I've been exhausted and busy this week. Plus tonight is my family's annual Burns Night party, and I've sneaked off from cleaning to write this (don't tell my mother!). There is also family news, in that my parents have found themselves dog owners again! They've adopted a little Maltese named Cassius (or Cash). Lots to share, but no time right now. Back to cleaning for me! Tschüs!

I have continued to look at your blog everyday in a habit form and then go "doh" I am supposed to be using that igoogle reader but you get your ticks from Germany! And then this super picture greets me and I miss you here terribly. xxx
